The Opportunity

Precision Cabinet Makers, a leading cabinet and stone manufacturer in Western Australia is looking for someone like you to join our dedicated team! We serve new home builders and the renovation market, making your contributions essential to our operations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Client Liaison Co-Ordinator, you will provide a high-end customer experience to our valuable clients from sales to completion of their cabinetry requirements.  Being their point of contact, you will field their queries and provide regular updates throughout their construction journey.

  • Maintain a strong line of communication with all private clients and coordinate their job flow and proactively move their job forward.
  • Coordinate job progress, communicate with various internal stakeholders to ensure the experience is seamless for our clients.
  • Respond to all incoming private enquires, create new private jobs in our software systems and book in consults; colour selections and measures
  • Execute client-based tasks critical to achieving operational targets
  • Support other clerical duties and adhoc request as required

What We’re Looking For:

To thrive in this role, you will be a motivated and collaborate driven team player with a passion for providing a high-end customer experience.  Your expertise will enhance our drive to build great relationships with our clients along with your excellent communication skills.

 Experience working in the construction industry is beneficial to this role, as is proficiency in computers and MYOB applications. A Client Liaison role can be fast-paced, so your time management and communication skills need to be well executed.
