The Opportunity

We are expanding and looking for experienced cabinet makers to join our skilled team. We specialise in mid to high-end residential and commercial projects, delivering high-quality craftsmanship and bespoke joinery. Our team is growing, so we are looking for a dynamic person willing to be involved in making cabinets and tops. 

To succeed in this role, you must be a motivated individual who can drive collaboration between departments and fully commit to continuous improvement. 

Your Role

As a cabinet maker with us, you will:

• Assemble premium-quality cabinetry with precision and attention to detail.
• Interpret and work from architectural plans and technical drawings to exact specifications.
• Operate machinery and hand tools with expertise.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure superior craftsmanship and flawless finishes.
• Collaborate with our drafting team, project manager, and other craftsmen to deliver outstanding results.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a cabinet maker, preferably in the residential space or bespoke cabinetry manufacturing.
• Laminating experience (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with a variety of materials and finishes.
• A commitment to workplace safety and maintaining a well-organised workspace.
